On behalf of the Executive Committee I thought that it would be best to keep you updated with regard to progress made on our Contingency Plan. I am pleased to report that all Suppliers have now been contacted to ensure that we take advantage of any payment holidays that they have available. As you will all be aware protecting cash flow is absolutely critical to any business or club so we have making every effort to keep our fixed costs to a minimum whilst we suffer this period of zero income. Whilst we do not have answers from everyone as yet, I am, however, confident we have done everything within our power to reduce costs.

Our next actions are now to review varying documents that have been issued by Leagues, the FA, the FSA and of course the Government. There now are documents beginning to appear that are directly related to Grassroots Football which may of course be of more relevance to our Club.

Moving forward it is now quite clear that Summer Junior and Youth Tournament's will be off the agenda for some considerable time, so we are looking at alternative times when it may be possible to hold such an event.

In terms of the Club’s Year End we will operate a business as usual policy in terms of preparing the accounts. It goes without saying that the timing of the AGM may prove difficult but we will look at the technology available to hold this remotely if needs be.

We are preparing schedules of works to be completed on pitches and are compiling costings to ensure that when we are are able, we will be in a position to commence these essential repairs.

Hopefully you will have noticed that our Social Media is more active so please keep your eyes peeled for more updates and competitions.
