The Crows will look to get back to winning ways when they travel to Foxbury Avenue, Chislehurst, Kent in their next SCEFL fixture after suffering two defeats on the trot in their last two home fixtures against Croydon FC and promotion rivals Whitstable Town FC.
Following Thursday's loss to promotion rivals Whitstable Town, the Crows sit third in the Premier Division whilst the home side are in twelfth position. They have had a mixed bag of results lately, losing some home games but winning some away ones. Like us, they played the Oystermen in their last fixture, away though and lost 4-2. In their previous five games to that one they drew 2-2 away to AFC Croydon Athletic, lost 2-0 at home to Chatham Town, beat Rusthall away 2-0, lost 2-1 away to Hollands & Blair and back on 10th March 2018, they won 2-1 down in Deal when playing away to Canterbury City.
The home side have performed well this season after winning promotion last term and have consolidated their position in the SCEFL Premier Division by proving resilient in their fixtures and by looking at those results you can see they may not be the biggest scorers in the world but they don't concede that many either. Therefore, the Crows will have to be at their best again to get anything from the game and, as in most cases, the first goal in this match could be crucial.
Let's hope as many of our supporters can make the effort to get to the game and cheer the lads on.
