Crows v Hoops.
Personally, I think it would have been better had Deal Town's nickname been the Cards or the Pack because it just seems to suit their name better and I keep being tempted to write that down when mentioning them, but it's the Hoops so I'll have to stick with that and curb my desire to type something else.
Instead of using nicknames I could and will use it's second v thirteenth as Deal Town make the long journey up from the Kent coast to the Community Stadium for this SCEFL Premier Division fixture whereby I'm sure they'll be looking to avenge a rather heavy 6-1 defeat we inflicted upon them earlier in the season when we made the reverse trip to the The Charles Ground.
There's no doubt that we played very well that day and some of the football we played would have caused any team problems and it was one of those days where everything just fell in to place for us.
I fully expect that the Hoops will be a tougher nut to crack this time around and our team will have to put on a similar performance as last time if we are to get the three points towards our title challenge.
Our visitors have had some good results of late however, their season overall has not been very consistent with some good results mixed in with some disappointing ones. Hence they have 30 points from their 29 games, made up of 7 wins, 9 draws and 13 defeats and they've scored 47 goals and conceded 64 for a -17 goal difference.
I'm also sure that Deal Town will approach the game in a totally different manner to our visitors last week and a good game should be on the cards, let's hope so anyway.
