Crows v Dockers.
The Crows are at home tomorrow to Erith Town who currently occupy 15th spot in the league table and therefore, seemed to have banished the prospect of relegation from happening after being in the bottom two or three for much of the season.
Since we won there 7-1 back in the middle of January they have played three league games, winning 4-2 away at Deal Town, beating AFC Croydon Athletic 4-1 at home and their only defeat came in last Saturday's match at home against Bearsted FC when they lost 2-1.
Those results would seem to suggest they have improved since we played them and probably was always on the cards when you consider Ian Jenkins is their manager. Therefore, nothing can be taken for granted and the team will need to be at their best if we are to secure three more points towards our effort of winning the league title.
The team need your support more than ever now as we approach the crunch time of the season and our target is tantalisingly close to our grasp. There's no doubt that Ashford United have a bigger fan base than we do and how much are those supporters worth in points to the Nuts & Bolts in games I wonder?
Could you make the difference to our games by making more noise and bringing friends along with you as the difference between turning up or not could be vital come the end of the season.
