Our Club Treasurer and Fiesta Chairman, Eric Gillett, has sent the following communication to various Club Secretaries and Team Managers.
The text refers to a document which can be found included with this article. Further information, such as the Fiesta Rules, will be added at a later date once they have been approved by the relevant body.

"Dear Secretary/Team Manager
May I extend to your Club a friendly invitation to participate in the 21st Crowborough Athletic Fiesta to be held on Saturday 11th May and Sunday 12th May 2019 at the Alderbrook Recreation Ground, Crowborough, East Sussex TN6 3BU, home of Crowborough Athletic FC. I would be very grateful if you would share this invitation with all of your Team Managers/Coaches.
Age groups this year will run from U7's through to U14's and, as always, this year's Fiesta will be sanctioned by the Sussex County FA.
Under 7's and Under 8's will play 5 a-side, non-competitive football, with no results recorded and all these players will receive a memento for taking part.
All other age groups will play in a 6 a-side competition, leading to semi-finals and Cup Finals with Shield Finals for the losing semi-finalists. There will be a cup/shield awarded to the winning teams and individual awards for the Cup winners and runners-up.
Academy sides from U9 upwards will be required to play up a year.

Schedule
Morning starts are 9:00am - Afternoon starts are 2:00pm.
Saturday 11th May - Under 7 and Under 9 - Morning
Saturday 11th May - Under 10 and Under 13 - Afternoon
Sunday 12th May - Under 8 and Under 11 - Morning
Sunday 12th May - Under 12 and Under 14 - Afternoon

GoTournamental
We are again using gotournamental.com to organise our tournament. This will allow you to enter your teams instantaneously online without the need to fill out and return forms in the post. The system will also allow you to monitor the status of your application and during the Fiesta itself, you can view your teams progress with live scores and tables accessible online.

Registration
To register teams please email cafcfiesta@outlook.com and you will be sent a unique Login ID to view the tournament schedule and to make your team entries (click on add team at bottom of your club page).
We have successfully run a Fiesta each year for the last 20 years and we are fortunate to often be oversubscribed, so please apply early.
The closing date for entries is 20 April 2019.

The cost of entry per team is £40. When registering teams, payment by BACS is preferred:
